My dear friend Amanda with Andrew and Lillian. Little did we know we had to rush through opening these gifts; Liv puked 3 minutes prior..Who would of thunk?
Here Liv and Brad are making there annual Christmas pretzels. When finished Olivia goes door to door and hands them out to the neighbors. She loves it! They are so yummy too.
Ms. Pat asked us to come watch her sing at her church Christmas program. The concert was great. Ms. Pat has become a wonderful family friend. She is a beautiful lady inside and out. She loves my girls, and really Loves Olivia.
I love these pictures. Olivia still was fearful to sit on Santa's lap, so she decided to go right next to him. She was really into the Grinch. (He had Jesus in his heart, though) This was a really bad Santa. I had to ask him to ask her what she wanted for Christmas. Of course she said a bike. She has said a bike 2 years in a row. That is the "go to" answer.
How cute!
Back in the day with that good ol' Adari bottle. The only one Ava took.
As you can see Ava loves wearing her snowsuit. Needless to say by the time I got this on her she was so ticked that when I went to put her in the car seat she refused to get in. So our trip to Wal-mart was null and void.
We welcome you to our blog. I am basically writing this and using this blog as a tool to communicate the unique moments and the "normal" everyday happenings of our family life. Already by the age of 3 1/2 the word family to Olivia is something that is tender to her heart and has made me validate even more the importance of family life. My hope is that this journal will be something in the years to come that our daughters can look back on and get a quick glimpse of what our life was like. Olivia is such a beautiful little person inside and out. We are humbled everyday by her innocence and thank God for giving us such a well spirited child. Her enthusiasm and zest for life is contagious. Ava came into our lives November of 2009; we can't imagine what our lives would of looked like without her in it. She is such a small and delicate little flower. We love her giggles and belly laughs. But most of all Brad and I love seeing Olivia and Ava as "sisters". I am glad that you can take part in this journey as well, as we try and capture their special moments on camera!
